Mexico: A surgeon has been suspended and is under investigation after making a boy blind after eye surgery confused.
The parents of the boy named Fernando Jonathan Valdez Ayala and 1-year-old in Mexico are deeply shocked after the incident occurred, and has filed a lawsuit on charges of negligent treatment.
