Phnom Penh: The two gangster were arrested police Por Sen Chey district after their two groups been holding chase hacked together anarchy caused fear to the people who live near the scene, the reason for detaining these occurred at 11:30 pm on 20 July 2015, before the construction site along Veng Sreng Village weigh neighborhood Chao Por Sen Chey district.
