Kampong Chhnang: The 3 suspects was arrest at 2:45pm of 26 August 2015 in Mong village Kbal Toek commune Toekpus district Kampong Chhnang province after they killed victim. They angry with victim because of victims alleged witchcraft. The suspects have 1 Doung Chet, has 21 years old, Khem Sokkha, has 20 years old and Khoem Sokkhoem is 22 years old. The victim is Mek Khan and has 48 years old. They lived together.
